Safe and reliable delivery – all details about shipping and delivery
We want to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely. On this page you will find all important information about our shipping conditions, delivery times and possible costs.
1. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and the order value. We offer you transparent and fair shipping options:

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply for international deliveries. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs (Section 3 Paragraph 8 UStG).
2. Delivery times
We will ship your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is:

Orders received by [12:00 noon] on a working day are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Delays may occur during particularly high order volumes or on public holidays.
Express shipping:

3. Shipping service provider

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery status of your shipment online at any time.
Delivery to packing stations or collection points:
If you wish, we can also deliver to packing stations or collection points. Simply enter the relevant address during the ordering process.
4. International deliveries
Special conditions apply for orders outside Germany:
- Delivery times may vary depending on country and local conditions.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees (Section 21 of the Customs Code Implementation Regulation).
We deliver throughout Europe. (USA only available on request)
5. Special instructions for delivery
If you are not present when the delivery is made, our shipping partner will leave a notification card. This allows you to collect the delivery either at a new time or at a pick-up point.
When you receive the goods, please check that the packaging is undamaged. If there is any visible damage, please refuse to accept the goods and inform us immediately at [email address or telephone number]. This is necessary for processing claims for damages (§ 438 HGB).
6. Returns due to incorrect address
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order.
7. Change delivery address
Should it be necessary to change the delivery address after completing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email address or phone number]. Changes can only be made before shipping.
