Secure and flexible payment options – all details at a glance

We offer you a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to make your purchase as easy as possible. Here you will find all relevant information about our payment conditions, security measures and legal notices.

1. Accepted payment methods

To offer you maximum flexibility, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment will be processed via a secure SSL encrypted connection.
  • PayPal: Pay conveniently and securely with your PayPal account. PayPal offers buyer protection and ensures that your payment is processed quickly.
  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna): Pay directly via your online banking account. This method is secure and allows your order to be processed immediately.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Use your digital wallets for quick and easy payments via smartphone or tablet.
  • Prepayment: Transfer the amount to our account in advance. As soon as we receive the payment, your order will be processed.
  • Purchase on account (via Klarna): Buy now and pay later. This method is particularly useful if you want to check the goods before paying.
  • SEPA direct debit: With direct debit, you give us a mandate to collect the invoice amount from your account once or on a recurring basis. The debit will be made no earlier than 2 days after the goods have been dispatched.

2. Vouchers and credits

If you have a voucher or credit, you can redeem this amount directly in the ordering process. Enter the voucher code in the corresponding field and the amount will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.

Note: Vouchers can only be redeemed once and within the specified period of validity. A combination with other promotions may not be possible. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

3. International payments

For customers outside Germany, we also offer secure and convenient payment methods that meet local requirements.
This includes:

  • credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal

Currency conversion:
Please note that international payments may incur exchange rate fees or bank charges. These fees are charged by your bank and are not our responsibility (§ 276 BGB).

4. Security in payments

Protecting your data is our top priority. Our website uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your sensitive payment data from unauthorized access. Credit card payments are processed via a certified payment service provider in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

Payment processing is carried out by external providers such as [e.g. PayPal, Klarna]. We assume no liability for delays or errors caused by these third-party providers (§ 276 BGB).

Exchange rates and fees:
For international payments, your bank's exchange rates and fees apply. We accept no liability for discrepancies in the exchange rate or conversion fees (§ 276 BGB).

Legal basis:
We process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR exclusively to fulfill the purpose of the contract. Your payment information will only be used for the payment process and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the payment (e.g. credit institution, payment service provider).

5. Payment processing

Payments are usually processed in real time to process your order as quickly as possible. If you choose to pay in advance, your order will be processed after the payment has been received in our account. Depending on the bank, this can take up to [period, e.g. 3 working days].

If a payment fails, you will be notified immediately by email. In this case, please check your payment details and try again or choose an alternative payment method.

6. Tax exemptions for B2B customers

If you are a company within the European Union and have a valid VAT identification number, you can make tax-free purchases in accordance with the guidelines for intra-community deliveries (Section 4 No. 1b UStG).

7. Refunds

In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original means of payment. Processing will take place immediately, but no later than within 14 days of acceptance of the return or cancellation (Section 355 Paragraph 3 of the German Civil Code).

If you have paid in advance, please let us know your bank details so that we can arrange the refund.

8. Fees

We do not charge any additional fees for the use of certain payment methods, according to Section 270a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

9. Fraud prevention and chargebacks

To ensure our customers' security and prevent fraud, we use automated systems to verify transactions. These systems check, among other things:

  • Unusual order patterns
  • Different delivery and billing addresses
  • use of suspicious IP addresses

If an unlawful chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to take legal action and claim any costs and losses incurred (Section 823 Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Section 263 of the German Criminal Code).
